Hublet Office Members are a core part of the Impact Hub LA Community. All access members and Hublet office members have access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Hublet Office Membership agreement shall be on a month to month basis.

Utilities are covered by Impact Hub LA. We strive to be eco-friendly with recycling on site and energy efficient Nest products.

Mailbox available for rent. Proximity to USPS for package drop-offs. 

Signage

Impact Hub LA will provide one office door logo for each office tenant.

Office Keys

Each "All Access" and Hublet memberships have personal key access.  

Parking

We offer validated parking for $7/day. Parking passes available for $150/month.

Conference Rooms

All rentals are discounted for Hublet Office Members with up to 8 hours of conference room time available per calendar month free of charge.

Event Space

Hublet office members receive discounted rates for Impact Hub LA event space.
